Panama City Recovery Action Plan
The Recovery Action Plan describes the City’s vision of successful recovery from Hurricane Michael and describes the projects and activities the City will undertake to achieve that vision. Each project is divided into four phases and comes with suggestions for potential funding sources and community partners to implement the activities described. The Recovery Action Plan is unique from the Redevelopment Plan because it provides a roadmap for the City to take advantage of one-time funding opportunities available as a result of Hurricane Michael.

Panama City Redevelopment Plan (Annex to the Recovery Action Plan)
The Redevelopment Plan proposes a vision for the City of Panama City in 2050 and describes the projects the City can implement to achieve that vision. Each project is divided into four phases and comes with suggestions for potential funding sources and community partners to implement the activities described. This strategy will work alongside the Recovery Action Plan to create a resilient, innovative, safe, and sustainable future for the City of Panama City. The Redevelopment Plan operates on the same timeline as the Recovery Action Plan because there are steps we can take today to create a more resilient city tomorrow.
